Spring is here in all it's beautiful colors and summer is just around the corner! While all the kids love summer break, our clients are faced with an extra challenge of feeding their children who normally receive free breakfast and lunch at school.  We will be giving out extra food bags for school age children throughout the summer.  We are currently collecting granola bars, individual mac and cheese, small cans of pasta (ravioli and spaghetti-o's), peanut butter, & jelly.

We follow Bixby Public Schools Inclement Weather Policy.  If they are closed due to weather, BOC will also be closed.

Meet Our Team

At BOC our volunteers are like family.  We share the daily victories and challenges and lift each other up in prayer.  We have a special prayer requests from one of our volunteers, April Thomas.  Her 4 year old son, Hudson, was recently diagnosed with Luekemia.  To learn more about Hudson and his journey, please visit

Hunger isn't seasonal, which is why our year-round food drive gets so much attention.  Or you can join in us in our"10 To End Hunger Campaign"  Its simple...a $10 monthly gift can help provide meals for hungry neighbors in Bixby and surrounding areas.  For more information call our office at 918-366-9226 or email:  angela.long@bixbyoc.org
